This book had many good ideas however Much did not translate well into American English. The many references in Hindi, etc. were lost to American readers. The book DID whet my taste for Indian foods.
Excellent book. I wish I could have got this book in my teenage. This book is must for all women. Unfortunately, our parents lack this knowledge provided in this book.

Great book which helps women see the better parts of them which they often over look due to pressure from society or media - the only reason it has 4 stars and not 5 is that Kareena's hand writing in her personal note is far from easy to comprehend. But the material of the book is awesome.
I expected a lot after reading first book but its not that good.mostly its repetation of first one.overall OK not great.
Hats off to Rujuta for sharing all her knowledge and diet plans in the book. Everything she writes is so easy to understand and makes so much sense. Am definitely starting everything I have learned here on!
